There are four delightful bedrooms to choose from.

Downstairs
There are two twin bedrooms each mirroring the other. The anti-allergy duvets and pillows are wrapped perfectly in Egyptian cotton sheets. Large double wardrobes, dressing tables with organisers to fashion your lotions and potions and ghost chairs to sit on whilst rubbing cream into those little sun tanned noses. Luggage stands for your holiday belongings and Smart TV’s to fall asleep to.

White fluffy towels are neatly folded in the wardrobes. A chest of drawers placed precisely between the beds holds a powerful hairdryer for your convenience.
A family bathroom accommodates these bedrooms with its deep bath and separate rainfall shower. A vanity unit for housing your goodies and a tray of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel awaits.

Upstairs
Bedroom 1
To the front of the house this bedroom is an oasis of intense luxury. The kingsize black velvet bed welcomes to be slept in with its lavish Egyptian cotton bedding and anti-allergy pillows and duvet.

Bedside tables hold lamps, for a little bedtime reading. A dressing table with vanity organiser to hold your lotions and potions and a neatly packed amenities kit for your convenience. A high powered hair dryer can be found in the drawer. A 3 door wardrobe sits in the alcove accompanying two luggage stands. A Smart TV at the end of the bed for those lazy mornings.

Peaceful moments can be spent occupying the two velvet cocktail chairs that sit in front of the huge window overlooking uninterrupted views of the beautiful countryside. Why not grab a pair of binoculars from the wall and spot the Cornish wildlife.

Throw open the balcony doors at the opposite end of the room and say hello to the morning sunshine.

The fabulous ensuite encompasses luxury with tranquillity. Step into the rainfall shower or lie shoulder deep in bubbles in the free-standing bath. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion along with slippers and white fluffy towels can all be found in this sanctuary.

Bedroom 2
The bedroom to the back of the house is decorated in romantic shades of ivory with a padded king size bed to suit. Mirrored bedside cabinets hold lamps to read by, whilst 2 chests of drawers sit proudly waiting to be filled with your holiday clothes.

A Smart TV hangs ready for your viewing and a balcony that longs to have its doors opened so that you may breathe in the Cornish air.
A dressing room befits the grandeur of this bedroom. The dressing table is bedecked with a vanity organiser for all your lotions and potions along with an amenities kit. A high powered hair dryer is in the drawer and antique Louis full length mirror adorns the wall.

Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & moisturiser all arranged on the vanity unit with the white fluffy towels can all be found in the ensuite.

Shower Room
In addition you will find a shower room next to the utility room.

The formal sitting room boasts a vaulted ceiling and cosy log burner for those chilly evenings. Two Chesterfield sofas draw your eye to the full length windows that frame the garden. Games and books are housed in the dresser for lots of family fun. The oak desk is a perfect refuge to jot down a note on a postcard to send home.

The Cinema Room
The cinema room plays hosts to original 1980’s seating each numbered individually for that perfect movie experience. Draw the lavish silk curtains and choose your entertainment. An X-Box with two controllers for those gamers amongst you or just kick back and play a movie on the 55” Smart TV with remote soundbar.

Dining Room
The eight seater En Vogue dining table is the main feature of this room bringing family and friends together to enjoy mealtimes. Why not throw open the French doors during those balmy summer evenings and allow the outside and inside to harmonize.

A sideboard holds all the tableware you will need for friends and family to enjoy a Cornish supper together.

Utility Room
Venture from the kitchen into the utility room to find another integrated fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. There is plenty of drying space for your holiday attire. An iron and ironing board are available at Treetop Cottage should you need it. Pegs for the outside retractable washing line are in the cupboard along with the clothes airer.

Eating
Designed for socialising, Treetop Cottage has an incredible kitchen. Mirrored tiles adorn the walls setting of a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, ceramic hob, integrated appliances including a fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Add a pod to the coffee machine whilst you peruse one of the recipe books or just don a pair of slippers and sit at the breakfast bar with a magazine and relax.

The kitchen enjoys an L-shaped sofa perfect for gathering together on in front of the 50” Smart TV.

Outdoor Living
With outdoor space a plenty, an impossibly large terrace area and enclosed lawn, Treetop Cottage is the ideal spot for a little alfresco dining. High backed rattan chairs surround a dining table with lazy Susan, superb for passing the wine! With the BBQ embers still warming the evening air.

Should the night be young why not throw open the doors of the cabin for a ping pong tournament or be a spectator from the bubbling hot tub with a glass of something chilled.
